Gaze

This mixed media diptych is two 24x36 canvases. To me, this is the Santa Monica Bay. It seems as if you can see forever. The water is deep and glimmers in the distance and the Santa Monica mountains meet the water out at Point Magu.  This view always calms me and is exhilarating at the same time.
